CAPICUA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
comes from a mixture of two varieties : Hojiblanca and Picual.
This combination gives it the characteristic flavor from the cities of Jaen and Seville. 
A high fruitness has been maintained, as well as a slight bitterness, which is especially appropriate in salads, bread etc. 
It is also excellent for frying, as it contains high oleic acids.
